Revision to SGS ex-interest period calculation

With the launch of MEPS+, Saturdays will no longer be considered a business day in the calculation of the ex-interest period.

The ex-interest period is the period just before the coupon payment date, about 3 business days, when a SGS is traded without entitlement to that coupon payment. For example, the ex-interest period for a coupon payment due on Monday would start from the previous Wednesday and no longer the previous Thursday, till coupon payment.
